Flexline Engraving Laminate

Flexline engraving laminate is perfect for laser engraving and cutting. The metallic foil on this product is not suitable for use outdoors. If you require a metallic finish that is suitable for outdoor use please visit our External Laminate range, a robust material suitable for both laser and rotary engraving/cutting.

It has a very thin foiled Brushed Copper surface which cuts through to a Black modified acrylic base. The foiled surface allows for a very crisp detailed engraving of text and/or logos.

Typically, the power required to cut through the surface is less; and as a result, the product requires minimal clean up time afterwards.

Available in 1.5mm thickness.

This product can be supplied with self adhesive or magnetic backing.

Our Flexline Laminate successfully bonds using the solvent welding method. We have tested this product using Tensol 12, a product containing dichloromethane.

Our sheets can be supplied cut to a more manageable size. Once you’ve made your product selection. Choose from the cut to size dropdown, to select your preferred sheet size.
