External Engraving Laminate – Gloss Blue/White/Matt Blue 1.5mm or 3mm

Our External Engraving Laminate is a flexible 3-ply material perfect for professional engraving and signage. It is suitable for use with both laser and rotary engraving machines. Featuring a gloss blue surface, white core, and matt blue surface. This laminate bonds effectively using the acrylic weld method and has been tested using Tensol 12, which contains dichloromethane.

Key Features:

  • Thickness: 1.5mm or 3mm
  • Cutting Depth: 0.2 mm 
  • Dual-Sided Design: Engrave on either gloss or matt surfaces.
  • UV-Stable & Weather-Resistant: Ideal for indoor and outdoor projects, keeping colours vibrant over time.
  • Material: Laminated Modified Acrylic base
  • Material Size: 1220x610mm or 610x610mm
  • Optional Backing: Self adhesive or magnetic backing for easy installation.

Your new labels look absolutely stunning in the garden. I've been so impressed with the black, burgundy and blue colours in particular for their durability.

Your media was so nice to work with after a few test cuts to get out machine set up correct. The only issue we did have was we got a light burning mark on the white media even thought we had it set to run as fast and low power setting as we could to cut through. It did come off with a magic sponge. We will certainly be ordering the media from you in the future. So again thank you for your time and the quick shipping of the order.

PS. You should also know that your media is much better than the Trotec (trolase laminated acrylic). We found that if you got any solvent cleaner on the trotec media the colour just came off. Your media does not.
