We are delighted to now offer a heat bending service. Using controlled heat, we can bend acrylic and acrylic laminates up to 610mm wide, achieving almost any angle required with clean, accurate results. To ensure repeatability and consistent quality, we have so far produced dedicated jigs for 45°, 70° and 90° bends. This allows us to maintain uniformity across multiple pieces, making the process ideal for both one-off projects and larger runs. Heat bending is particularly well suited to producing folded signage such as menu cards, table numbers and countertop nameplates. The heat bending process applies controlled heat along a defined line, softening the material to create precise bends without cracking or distortion, resulting in a professional, polished finish.
