New 100 watt CO2 laser on site!

On the 17th July we took delivery of our second CO2 laser.  It’s a BGL 1390.  100 watt machine from Boxford Holdings Ltd.  The machine has a massive 1300mm x 900mm bed.  We’ve included some photos showing the delivery and installation of the machine.

So how will this machine benefit our customers?

This machine will give us the ability to manufacture plaques and signs, up to a “ whopping” 1300mm x 900mm in size. 

Having such a large work area and 100 watts of power.  It will mean less wastage and faster manufacturing times.  Which in turn translates into more competitive prices with quicker delivery lead times.    

The machine runs on a software that we have previously had no experience of.

The knowledge that we will gain will in turn allow us to offer better support to our  laser materials  customers.
