I must highlight and praise the first-class customer service I received during a recent purchase. A colleague required some specific magnet backed signage for a project and found just the thing at 908 Ltd. This is only the second time we have purchased from 908 Ltd and after placing an online order, I received a call from Sam explaining that some of the goods were unfortunately out of stock and then proceeded to detail our options with estimates of when they hoped to be able to fulfil the full order or alternatively offer a part/full refund. I wasn’t in a great rush and therefore was happy to wait a few days. I was kept informed and within 7 working days they rang to confirm the order could be completed before shipping it to arrive the next day. Very helpful and friendly staff and I would recommend this company to other people.

Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered items and they arrived the day after. Have spoken to staff on the phone and they are extremely helpful. Well how can you describe absolute brilliance, the first time I phoned your company and spoke to Beverley (what a gem), so polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble, she explained what material would be best for what I had in mind and even sent a sample piece for me to try before purchase, to me that is what I call customer relation and not a sales person out for selling something that may work or not for my requirements. When I placed an order online she phoned to run through it with me and even advised on something better, I've worked for myself most of my working life (now retired) and dealt with many companies over the years and I can honestly say with hand on heart that you rate at the top, what with customer service and unbelievable delivery. I cannot rate you enough, just keep doing what you’re doing for in my mind you've got it right.
